The beans

Roasted byReprise Roasters.

Our beans come from Reprise Roasters. Grower, roaster, and barista owned. They pay farmers directly and fairly, source single-origin, and roast for bold, distinct tasting notes. We grew up with their founder, Adam, back in school, and he’s been a mentor (and a friend) ever since. We just get to pour what he’s spent years perfecting.

Dan, Stef, Calvin and Olivia. Four initials, one family, and a name everybody around here says out loud as “disco.”

The deer is here for a simple reason: Stef has always loved deer. She’s the one who dreamed up the logo, a deer on a bike, holding a latte on a morning ride, because it felt exactly like the shop they wanted to run.

No grand origin story. Just a family that opens early, keeps things simple, and would rather learn your name than upsell you.
